Together, we can get
Switzerland moving

Together with the people of Switzerland, we have supported numerous clubs and charitable projects in the last year through the crowdfunding platform lokalhelden.ch.
Here are five of the projects.
2,680
francs for refugees in Ticino
A pair of jeans, a bottle of shampoo or just a kind word: Lara Robbiani Tognina and her 50 volunteers know exactly what refugees need the most when they arrive in Switzerland.
14,285
francs for a pump track
It took the Walkringen Ski and Sports Club six short weeks to raise the money for a pump track – a major accomplishment! The wavy bike track is already built, thrilling the young and the young at heart.
15,156
francs for E-Treff
Every week, surplus food is handed out to needy families and individuals in Rheineck. Crowdfunding allowed E-Treff to move into bigger quarters and add German lessons and a clothing bank to its services.
90,220
francs for a birth centre
It was a long, hard road. But oh so worth it for Céline Hertzeisen Schumann, Saskia Grossfeld and Julie Caron. Together, the three midwives have established Montreux’s first birth centre.
142,020
francs for a swimming hole
For 30-plus years, it was just a hollow. Today, the former swimming hole in Ftan is being filled with water and life again. The lake, nestled in a natural setting, should make the village in Lower Engadine more attractive to tourists.
